Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program

Water exercise
class in a heated pool, designed for people with arthritis and
related conditions. The buoyancy of the water decreases the force on
the joints and allows easier, less painful movement. Heated water
and gentle moves can help improve joint flexibility, muscle
strength, and relieve chronic pain and stiffness. The pool
temperature is 98°F. |

Moms In Motion |

Moms in Motion is a fitness program
designed to prepare women for the physiological changes that occur
during pregnancy and postpartum.
Moms in Motion classes combine low
impact aerobics and toning exercises for a total fitness program
that helps improve the health of mothers-to-be and babies.
Moms in Motion Group Exercise
Classes and programs follow the American College of Obstetrics and
Gynecology (ACOG) Guidlines, the American College of Sports Medicine
(ACSM) fitness recommendations and the most current research and
updates on exercise and pregnancy. |
