Cathy Farlow, PTA at the Main Clinic in Columbus, Georgia. She received an Associates of Arts degree in Biology from Truett-McConnell College in Cleveland, Georgia and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia before earning her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Gwinnett Technical College in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Since graduating from an accredited PTA school in 2001, Cathy has assisted with patient care in clinical (industrial medicine, outpatient sports medicine and aquatic therapy), hospital (inpatient rehab and acute care), and home health settings. Her approach to patient care includes educating patients using therapeutic exercises and activities to return to work, home, and daily functional activities safely. Cathy has been with The Hughston Clinic since 2004.
Cathy holds PTA licenses in both Georgia and Alabama and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Physical Therapy Association of Georgia and the Physical Therapy Association of Alabama.
